East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) offers care and support for children and young people with life-threatening conditions, supporting families across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.  

They offer families flexibility and control over where they receive their care and support, including where their child dies; at home, in hospital or at one of three hospices at Milton (Cambridgeshire), The Nook (Norfolk) and The Treehouse (Suffolk). 

Church Pharmacy is proud to support EACH's family-centred, needs-led approach to care that ensures the psychological, physical, emotional, social or spiritual needs of the children and young people they care for are met.
