Church Pharmacy Launches

Nucleofill Polynucleotide Range

Polynucleotides have moved rapidly from an emerging treatment category to a core part of many aesthetic clinics’ regenerative offering. As patients increasingly seek improvements in skin quality without added volume or significant downtime, practitioners need formulations that can be matched more precisely to different indications. Church Pharmacy’s latest launch addresses that demand with the addition of the Nucleofill range.

A New Addition to Church Pharmacy’s Regenerative Portfolio

Church Pharmacy has launched three products from Promoitalia’s Nucleofill range: Nucleofill Soft Plus, Nucleofill Medium and Nucleofill Strong.

The range consists of highly purified, high-viscosity polynucleotide-based gels developed to support skin regeneration, hydration and protection against oxidative stress. Rather than focusing primarily on reshaping or replacing volume, Nucleofill fits within protocols designed to improve the condition, resilience and overall quality of the skin.

Its arrival gives clinics another established option in a category that continues to attract interest from patients looking for gradual, natural-looking change.

Three Formulations for More Targeted Treatment Planning

A key feature of Nucleofill is the ability to select a formulation according to the treatment area and the degree of correction required.

Nucleofill Soft Plus is supplied in a 2ml syringe and is intended for more delicate areas, particularly the periocular region. It provides clinics with a targeted option for patients presenting with concerns around fine lines, hydration and skin quality close to the eyes.

Nucleofill Medium is supplied in a 1.5ml syringe and offers a versatile choice for broader facial rejuvenation and patients showing earlier or moderate signs of ageing.

Nucleofill Strong, also supplied in a 1.5ml syringe, has a higher polynucleotide concentration and viscosity. It is positioned for more intensive biostimulation where practitioners are addressing more established changes in firmness, elasticity and tissue quality.

Across the wider range, manufacturer Promoitalia identifies potential treatment areas including the face, neck, décolleté, hands and selected body areas. The different formulations allow practitioners to build more considered protocols rather than relying on one product for every indication.

Why Clinics May be Interested

For clinics, the launch is commercially relevant because it broadens the scope of regenerative treatment planning without requiring a shift towards volume-led correction.

Nucleofill may sit alongside existing skin boosters, energy-based treatments and other regenerative procedures as part of a layered approach to skin ageing. It also creates opportunities to develop treatment courses around specific concerns, from delicate periocular skin to more generalised loss of firmness and hydration.

That flexibility matters in a competitive market. Patients are increasingly aware of polynucleotides, but treatment decisions still depend on practitioner assessment, appropriate product selection and clear expectations. A recognisable range with multiple formulations can help clinics offer a more tailored consultation and create structured treatment and maintenance plans.

It may also prove useful for practices looking to strengthen their skin-quality offering and engage patients who are not seeking dermal filler, but still want an injectable treatment focused on progressive improvement.

Now Available from Church Pharmacy

Nucleofill Soft Plus, Nucleofill Medium and Nucleofill Strong are now available to healthcare professionals through Church Pharmacy.

The launch adds another recognised polynucleotide brand to the pharmacy’s expanding regenerative aesthetics portfolio, giving UK clinics greater choice when developing individualised skin-quality protocols.
