Pricing is based on the distance between our closest branch and where you would like them delivered so we can calculate this at the checkout or you can contact us for a quote.

Yes, our Express to Patient delivery service allows clinics and healthcare professionals to send pharmacy orders directly to patients. It’s a fast and discreet service, with free 1–3 day delivery on orders over £30. Secure packaging and delivery tracking are included.

We offer a flat rate of £45 for international deliveries within the EU (1–2 working days). For deliveries outside the EU, please contact our team for a custom quote based on your location and order requirements.

Yes, all Church Pharmacy orders are tracked by our in-house WeTrack team, who monitor your parcel's journey and liaise directly with couriers to resolve any delivery issues. This ensures fast, reliable delivery and minimal delays.

We work with trusted partners including DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, Fedex, UPS, and more depending on the delivery type and location. Our goal is to provide secure, temperature-controlled, and timely delivery every time.

Yes, we offer fridge-line delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and even on Mondays. Fridge-line delivery is handled with care using validated, temperature-controlled packaging, and is tracked by our WeTrack team

General Delivery Terms and Conditions

 

Some remote areas such as Aberdeen, Dundee and Perth and other rural areas may be restricted on delivery services and cut-off times. Please order online for up to date delivery services available to you. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the address for delivery EVERY time an order is placed. Unless otherwise specified or requested.

Over 98% of packets dispatched using these services will arrive on time, but inevitably there are times when the third party couriers fail to deliver. Under such circumstances, Church Pharmacy cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damages for delays in delivery.

Fridge-lines for Saturday, Sunday and Monday delivery can only be dispatched on a Friday upon the express written/ emailed/ faxed instruction of the buyer and entirely at their own risk.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the buyer must arrange collection of the fridge-line items with the courier from the local courier depot or collection point while the items are still within refrigeration temperature. You must call the depot first and take the required ID when collecting a parcel.

Church Pharmacy cannot be held liable for Pickup Point orders placed for delivery to rural or remote areas, or for orders expected on weekends and public holidays. These services are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays. The Pickup Point service is unavailable for fridge-line orders.

Orders that have failed to be collected within a 7 day period will be returned to the sender. Once you have submitted your order, it will not be possible to change the pickup location.

International orders with fridge-line items are only despatched Monday to Wednesday (excluding Bank Holidays) unless we receive a specific request in writing by email/fax.
