New Year Bonus Rewards

New year bonus rewards T&C’s:

• *£10,000 is based on excluding any delivery charges and VAT.
• *Prescription only Medicines (POMs) are excluded from the £10,000 spend. All other products included in the £10,000 spend.
• *£10,000+ (Customer to spend minimum of £10,000 or more).
• *No limits to the offer rewards, if spend doubles, i.e If customer spends £20,000 exc. delivery and VAT by end December 2023, a second bonus reward will be offered.
• *The coupon code bonus reward can only be issued if the minimum of £10,000 is reached by midnight 31st December 2023.
• *Before issuing your chosen bonus reward; the December spend will be verified to ensure all products (excluding POMs) have been processed, delivered and also received by the customer.
• *The £10,000 spend of products linked to the reward cannot be returned, credited, refunded or exchanged unless there is a confirmed case of the product being faulty; if any product(s) purchased in December are found to be faulty, we will then offer the same replacement products so that your spend remains at £10,000+ if required.
• *The free bonus reward product(s) cannot be cannot be returned, credited or refunded or exchanged unless there is a confirmed case of the product(s) being faulty.
• *If the products you select as part of your bonus rewards are out of stock or not available on our website, we will try to help by providing a suggested alternative.
• *The £10,000 spend offer is based on using your own customer account to reach the spend amount in December. Two or more separate customer accounts can not be grouped together to reach the £10,000 spend.
• *We will be auto monitoring customer accounts, after the minimum of £10,000 (excluding delivery and VAT) spend has reached and validated, then our customer service team will be in touch (within 7 working days) to ask which Bonus Reward you would like! We will then issue you a single use coupon code to use on our website to avail the free products of your choice. The coupon code can be used within 60 days of issue date and will be issued to your registered customer account email address.
