• The £10,000 spend threshold excludes delivery charges and VAT.
• Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) are excluded from this offer. All other products count towards the £10,000 spend.
• A minimum spend of £10,000 or more is required to qualify for the bonus reward.
• There’s no limit to the rewards! For example, if you spend £20,000 (excluding delivery and VAT) by 31st December 2024, you’ll receive a second bonus reward.
• Bonus rewards will only be issued if the £10,000 threshold is reached by midnight on 31st December 2024.
• Before issuing your bonus reward, the December spend will be verified to confirm that all eligible products have been processed, delivered, and received.
• Products contributing to the £10,000 spend cannot be returned, credited, refunded, or exchanged unless confirmed as faulty. In such cases, replacements will be provided to maintain the £10,000 spend if needed.
• Bonus reward products cannot be returned, credited, refunded, or exchanged unless they are confirmed as faulty.
• If your chosen bonus reward products are out of stock, we will recommend suitable alternatives.
• The £10,000 spend must be achieved using a single customer account. Combining two or more accounts is not permitted.
• Customer accounts will be monitored automatically. Once your spend reaches the £10,000 threshold (excluding delivery and VAT), our customer service team will contact you within 7 working days to confirm your reward choice.
• A single-use coupon code for the bonus reward will be issued to your registered email address. The coupon code will be valid for 60 days from the issue date.
