Samaritan's Purse - Operation Christmas Child

This year Church Pharmacy embraced the spirit of giving by participating in the heartwarming Operation Christmas Child campaign with Samaritan’s Purse! As a globally recognised relief and development organisation, Samaritan’s Purse passionately collaborates with local churches to spread the message of love and compassion, particularly in communities across Africa, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse has provided both spiritual and physical assistance to those in need worldwide. 

The Operation Christmas Child initiative, a project with a longstanding history, is a testament to Samaritan’s Purse's commitment to bringing joy and love to children during the festive season.  

Each year, Samaritan’s Purse collects shoebox gifts filled with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items, distributing them to children in over 150 countries. An astounding 178 million children have experienced the magic of an Operation Christmas Child shoebox, making a significant impact on their lives. 

Church Pharmacy took great pride in contributing to this noble cause by donating 12 shoebox gifts. We are deeply honoured to play a role in spreading happiness and making a positive difference in the lives of children around the world through Samaritan’s Purse.
