Timed Delivery Services - Updated 18.11.2020
Dear Valued Customer,
As the country is trying to stay safe, there has been a huge increase in online sales which has put an immense strain on the resources of the majority of courier companies in the UK and Ireland, causing an increased possibility of delivery disruptions.
With the second national lockdown, Cyber Monday, Black Friday and Christmas around the corner, we have been working closely alongside the wide range of couriers that we use during the COVID-19 pandemic, and have kept all of our customers updated on potential impacts to their clinics on our homepage and throughout our website.
We have now been informed that the issue with delivery delays is to potentially worsen over the next 2 - 3 months and therefore to allow for more effective routing and to maximise deliveries, couriers have actioned the following;
Please note: this will only affect the "timed"services (such as by 10:30am/ by1:30pm) which will now be placed on a "Next Day All Day (7:30am - 6:30pm) delivery service.

At Church Pharmacy we pride ourselves on our wide range of delivery and collection options and will continue to provide as many services as possible.
We are also proud to say that our in-house tracking team WeTrack is still in full force.
Proactively track the status of your parcels to pre-empt any possible delivery problems.
Liaise with couriers on your behalf.
Notifying you of any potential delivery delays as soon as possible.
Analyzing delivery patterns and adjusting the couriers we use accordingly.

Order in advance
This will enable us to react and help accordingly if your order is subject to a delivery delay. We suggest the below;
Non-fridge-line products:
Please try to place your orders at lease 3 days in advance.
Fridge-line products:
Please try to place your orders at least 1 week in advance.
Plan and choose a safe and secure delivery address.
Also ensure someone is available to receive deliveries between 7:30am - 6:30pm and to check and place any fridge-line items in your fridge immediately upon receipt.
Ensure you have enough clinic consumables and stock supplies.

Collect your orders from our Loughborough or London Branch.
We have strict guidelines in place to ensure safety of our customers and colleagues for customer collections.
Utilising our same day delivery services.
If you require your order urgently, or are placing an order that cannot afford to be delayed in delivery get in touch with our team and we can provide our same day delivery options from our Loughborough and Central London Branches.
